If you have moved since you earned your certification, NATE may not know how to reach you. Go to www.natetesting.com to update your personal information so you receive notices and information about recertification.

Letting one of your certifications lapse means you are no longer certified in that specialty, despite the fact that you may be certified in another. For example: You earned A/C certification in October 2001 and Gas Heating in December 2002; if you do not recertify in A/C by the end of October 2006, then as of November 1, 2006 you are only certified in Gas Heating. Continuing education credits can only be used to recertify for certifications which are valid at the time of recertification application. If you hold one certification and let it lapse, to recertify you must retake the Core and Specialty.

If you do not have a wallet card, check your certification at www.natetesting.com (NATE ID and password required). If you do not have a password, check with Liz to obtain one. To reorder a wallet card or certificate to replace a lost one, download an order form and product description sheet (at www.natex.org, click on Information, then Contractor Marketing).
