NATE Sends a Message
As vice president of certification for North American Technician Excellence (NATE), Pat Murphy has talked with would-be HVACR technicians, experienced technicians, and business owners across the U.S. about the importance of NATE testing and certification. It was no surprise that he gave a similar pep talk at the Michigan Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (MIACCA) Spring Break meeting.

Nineteen Emerson Lab Techs Certified to NATE Standards
Emerson Climate Technologies has announced that 19 of its Copeland refrigeration engineering laboratory technicians have been certified according to NATE standards for commercial air conditioning. Located in Copeland’s headquarters in Sidney, Ohio, they represent the Midwest’s largest concentration of NATE-certified engineering lab technicians, says the company.
